Holiday Light Pros Terms & Conditions

Our goal is to spread Holiday cheer and ensure your Holiday is memorable and simple! Leaving you time to enjoy it. Please do not hesitate to contact us by phone, text or email if your Holiday lights are not working properly so we can get right out and resolve the situation for you.

 

By scheduling with Holiday Light Pros (HLP) you as the customer are agreeing to our 

Customer Agreement and Policies listed below:

All Seasonal Residential & Commercial installations by HLP are guaranteed to perform during the current holiday season (Until Dec 30th). All valid customer requests when reporting unsatisfactory performance/installation of lighting requiring maintenance will be scheduled and performed within 48 hours of confirmed request. Standard maintenance will exclude the dates November 24th-25th and December 25th. Standard maintenance will conclude on December 30th. Any maintenance request after this date will NOT fall under standard maintenance. Any failure or malfunction of lights due to weather, vandalism/theft, act of God, or product that was not purchased from HLP may not be covered under “standard maintenance”. Any failure of any light/decoration that was not purchased through HLP is not the responsibility of HLP and therefore does not fall under “standard maintenance”. For maintenance that is not covered under standard maintenance the customer will be charged $175.00 service call, and $75.00/hr after 2nd hour, plus any materials cost needed to correct lighting.

All event installations by HLP are guaranteed to perform during the event time details which will be listed in each Invoice under notes. All valid customer request when reporting unsatisfactory performance/installation of lighting requiring maintenance will be scheduled and performed as soon as possible as per event needs. Any failure or malfunction of lights due to weather, vandalism/theft, act of God, or product that was not purchased from HLP may not be covered under "standard maintenance". Any failure of any light/decoration that was not purchased through HLP is not the responsibility of HLP and therefore does not fall under "standard maintenance". For maintenance that is not covered under standard maintenance the customer will be charged $175.00 service call, and $75.00/hr after 2nd hour, plus any materials cost needed to correct lighting.

 

HLP is not responsible for any internal wiring of your home and cannot guarantee that seasonal lighting will not overload your home or business’ electrical system. HLP assumes that your home/business meets all US standard electrical codes and is wired for full 120 volts. Please seek a licensed electrician if you are unsure of your home/business’ electrical systems

capacity.

 

Seasonal take down is a complimentary service provided for all Residential/Commercial customers and is automatically included unless otherwise noted in customer estimate/invoice. Appointments are not necessary for take down. Take down service will be between January 2nd – February 15th, weather permitting. If you require special accommodations or times for take down there will be a $75.00 booking fee.

 

DEPOSIT: 30% Deposit for Residential, 50% Deposit for Commercial/Event is required when placing lighting order. Full payment is due on installation day, lights will not be left without full payment. Cash, Check or Credit Cards are accepted. Deposits are fully refundable until 7 days prior to installation. Installations that are cancelled within 7 days will not receive a refund for deposit.

 

STORAGE: Complimentary storage is valid for one season. Any lights that are not installed for the next season will not be stored without charge. Customers may arrange a time to pick up lights during regular business hours the following season or pay for additional storage time. Any lights not retrieved if customer is not installing and has not paid storage fees will be placed in inventory and become the property of HLP.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY: All LED products purchased from HLP will have a two-season warranty from the date of purchase. After purchased product warranty expires, customer will be responsible for the cost of any lighting that may need to be replaced for any reason. Customer will always be notified in advance if there are any materials cost that will be required. All warranties are void if customer chooses to have lights installed by another company or person other than an installer of HLP. All warranties are void if customer chooses to leave lighting up past the take down dates at seasons end (late take down will not be scheduled past MARCH 30th).

 

PHOTO RELEASE: We request your permission to publish our Holiday Lighting Designs. Unless requested your signature on the ESTIMATE/INVOICE document gives your permission to use images for marketing purposes. HLP will not use your name or your street address without written consent.
